Thomas P. Shivers is responsible for the strategic direction, development, and leadership of FourStone Partners. With over 25 years of executive and entrepreneurial experience in the workers’ compensation managed care marketplace, Tom has been instrumental in shaping the industry.

At FourStone, Tom has created a unique consulting firm that has been widely praised for its innovation, effectiveness, and efficiency. Tom has been consistently recognized as an industry leader for his constant focus on results, accountability, and practical application.

Prior to FourStone Partners, Tom held executive positions at Aetna, Coventry, Concentra, MedRisk, and Healthcare Solutions. Tom previously served on the Board of the AAPPO. and has held a variety of advisory positions in the healthcare space.

Volunteer work is also very important to Tom, and he has been involved in a wide array of initiatives to serve his community. In addition, Tom has had a lifelong passion for basketball, and he coaches both Boys and Girls National AAU teams.

Tom has s Degree in Economics from Ursinus College and resides in Glen Mills, PA with his wife Tracy and his two children, Gracy and Cooper.
